Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Factory Director (Garment/Textile, $10.000, ID12718):
Responsibility of all manufacturing activities of the factory according to the set goals.
Developing a development plan in line with the company's business strategy (HR, scale development, production capacity, development investment, annual budget, etc.).
Develop production plans and targets of the factory on an annual basis or from time to time in accordance with reality.
Assign tasks and evaluate the performance of each department in the factory.
Monitoring job performance and competency evaluations of employees.
Plan and implement training and coaching sessions for staff.
Monitor the use of materials and consumables during the production process.
Optimizing the use of resources (labor, raw materials, etc.) to manufacture garment products.
Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
Estimating costs and establishing quality standards
Ensure safe process development and implementation
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, and product quality and reduce risks in production.
Implement and monitor the implementation of 5S and improvement continuously, ensuring standards of occupational safety.
Advise and advise the Board of Directors on arising issues related to the operation of the factory.
Requirement
Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 40 - 50 years old
Graduated from university/College in Business Administration, Garment/Textile Technology or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for a garment/apparel manufacturing company
Good knowledge of Garment and Lean manufacturing processes.
Able to use English (preferred)
