We are looking for a Factory Manager to lead our bag manufacturing factory during its ramp-up, build a strong management team and drive production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production, industrial engineering, warehouse, quality, maintenance & procurement coordination
Manage production planning, capacity, line balancing and manufacturing flow
Ensure quality, delivery, efficiency and continuous improvement
Develop managers, Line Managers and Line Leaders
Lead industrial preparation, SMV, time studies, BOMs, methods and production launch
Build effective reporting, production analysis and ERP-based management tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in bag manufacturing and factory/production management
Strong background in production + industrial engineering
Hands-on knowledge of cutting, sewing, planning, warehouse and quality
Experience in factory start-up/ramp-up is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving and team development skills
Strong English or Mandarin
Odoo or manufacturing ERP experience is a plus
