Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Tax & Legal Manager (Manufacturing, ID21676, 1900USD):
Manage overall tax compliance and tax planning, including CIT, VAT, FCT, Transfer Pricing and other tax matters.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations; identify and mitigate tax risks.
Work with tax authorities on tax inspections, audits and related issues.
Legal support: reviewing/drafting commercial contracts and providing legal advice to management.
Identify legal risks and coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, IMEX and Business Development teams on tax and legal matters.
Prepare tax/legal reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Requirement
Male/Female, Under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in both Tax and Legal functions.
Experience working in a manufacturing company is required
Strong hands-on experience in Vietnamese tax regulations and corporate legal matters.
Experience dealing with tax authorities, tax inspections/audits, contracts, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
Good working English
