Factory Manager (Printing/ Injection Molding Knowledge)

Open to potential candidates who can well manage small factory, experienced in printing and/or injection molding is a plus.
- Be responsible for all the production, maintenance, QA/QC activities at the factory.
- Lead and manage the team to fulfill daily task at the factory.
- Make plan and daily activities to ensure everything run smoothly at the factory.
- Coach and train all factory staff to complete their tasks.
- Work closely with line leaders and supervisors to solve problems that may occur during the production phase.
- Strong cooperation with Project Managers and others to make products as per project specs and requirements.
- Provide good suggestions and solutions to improve staff's performance and process improvement.
- Working closely with management team to give advices in good maintenance and upgrade system.
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
