Our Company:
A leading manufacturer of sportswear and garments for globally recognized brands, we are a dynamic company with a workforce of 4,000 employees. As we expand our production activities, we're seeking a talented and experienced Factory Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Control:
Develop and manage production schedules that optimize resource allocation and meet customer deadlines.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure clear communication of order plans.
Proactively monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Make informed decisions to solve problems arising during production.
Maintain and track shipping schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Analyze production data, including productivity, quality, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
Quality & Safety:
Champion a culture of quality throughout the production process, implementing and maintaining effective quality control measures.
Ensure adherence to all company regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and other departments (HR, BOD) to address employee concerns and resolve production issues.
Strategic Alignment & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor progress towards company's strategic objectives, production goals, and annual implementation plans.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Leadership & Management:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the production team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Participate in customer projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD) commensurate with the position's level.
