1. Participate in meetings to understand customer needs and problems solving
2. Ownership for failure analysis of technical issues to find out the root cause & initiate related process Improvement
3. Analyze and confirm customer requirement and problems, negotiate and communicate with customers for factory conditions
4. Summarize the problem points and promote the solution and improvement of customer-related problems
5. Repair action management and update repair result
6. Train maintenance personnel on analytical skills
7. Optimize repair plan and reduce repair cost
Yêu cầu
1.Educational background:
University degree or higher
2. Experiences:
2-5 years as Product or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Skills:
Problem-solving skills, Analytical skills, English Communication, excellent collaboration with the cross functional team
