JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Care Campaign Management:
Develop and implement customer care campaigns to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze customer data to identify solutions that optimize interactions and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to design promotional programs and customer retention strategies.
PR Activities Management:
Create and oversee brand communication plans across press, media, and social media platforms.
Maintain relationships with media partners, KOLs, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Manage communication crises (if any) and ensure the brand maintains a positive image across all media channels.
Marketing Campaign Management:
Work closely with the
Digital Marketing Manager to generate ideas, create plans, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products.
Track and evaluate campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
Sub-Brand Identity Management:
Ensure consistency in the implementation of the sub-brand's identity across all communication channels and sales points.
Review and monitor the application of brand identity in products, packaging, and marketing materials.
