To facilitate our business growth in 2021, MAPVN is hiring the below Trainee positions for Zara Ha Noi, ZARA Hochiminh, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti & Stradivarius stores: Floor Supervisor, Visual Commercial Merchandising Supervisor, Head Cashier, Store Assistant Manager, Operation/Stockroom Manager



JOB DESCRIPTION



1. Commercial Visual Merchandise

- Daily analysis based on sales reports to identify strategy to maximize the revenue

- Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Managers on the week's proposals and make improvements

- Propose shopfloor layout with new items based on the brand's guideline

- Create and adapt visual merchandising collection

2. Operation

- Be responsible of supervising daily tasks of one of the sections of Ladieswear, Menswear & Kidswear.

- Customer servicing following standard operating procedures

- Assist Deputy Manager in controlling implementation of merchandising plan for existing brands

- Supervise, monitor, and perform inventory management activities

- Supervise retail operational activities in assigned section covering protection of company asset,

- Responsible of the order, return and restocking of assigned section.

- Supervise, control, coach and give input on performance review of subordinating staff, enhance skills

- Prepare daily manpower and ensure staff working in the right areas

- Follow up with staffs during the shift to ensure the delivery of best customer service for all customers

- Monitor the safety of the customers and employees and security at store.

- Guarantee the adequate induction and follow up on training for new team members

- Organize and manage duty roster effectively, maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality on daily basic & during peak season, holiday

- Always be present and back-up your team in case of conflicts and timely report to Direct Manager.

- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

3. Stockroom Management

- To ensure an effective replenishment that complies with company standards & policies.

- To be responsible for the stockrooms organization (complying with standards, layout, efficiency).

- Responsible for RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and its devices (PDA's and iPods, a good 25R), practices and routine and works alongside with the Commercial team.

- Responsible for planning stockroom initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues.

- To manage delivery productivity in line with Company targets.

- To manage and oversee the complete delivery process across the three sections of Stores.

- To support the management team with security to minimize stock loss and action plans accordingly.

- To be actively involved in the Sale preparation process.

- Responsible for Zara Online storage in store and its Organization.

- To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the back of house.

- To be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and Company procedures to overcome them.

- To promote work routines and environment to enhance the welfare of the Teams.

- To actively communicate with the General Services team to ensure maintenance issues are reported and incidences reported until sorted.

4. Cashier Management:

- Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods

- Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone

- Ensure all departments have sufficient Cashiers cover by planning and managing the Cashiers daily rota's in liaison with the Management team.

- Open and close main and auxiliary tills according to your shift to ensure complete efficiency when following opening and closing cash desk procedures.

- Manage the recruitment and inductions of new team members

- Fully train and develop all Cashiers and follow up their performance.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies (their own and their team's); monitor and record till discrepancies and report them to the relevant departments.

- Maintain accurate records and control of daily and weekly documents & provide till reports throughout the day to Managers and colleagues when required.

- Ensure security measures are taken and that Cashiers are updated regularly on these.

- Control store stationary and bag orders whilst maintaining required levels.

- To be the main point of contact for all managers in store for all cash desk related queries.

- Ensure all cash desks are in good working order and maintained regularly.

- Manage the request for change in the store and follows up.

- Liaise with managers to offer Cashiers assistance on shop floor when necessary.

- Make sure that the processing of merchandise movements assigned to Cashiers is accurate and all documentation is organized.

- Ensure effective communication with the Management Team at all times.

- Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.

- Complete other tasks as necessary to support the overall store.

- Be aware of what happens day to day in the store.

- Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
