Mô tả công việc
I. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Take responsibility to supervise the fermentation (fermentation, utilities, man-power).This position involves spending time in factory with fermentation team, where the fermentation program required, collecting information and / or solving issues with personal or equipment/ coordinate with others departments in company.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervise fermentation team to ensure smooth daily operation at fermentation.
- Coordinate with laboratory & maintenance departments for testing and utility matters.
- Application program of fermentation.
- Supervise fabrication orders.
- Ensure the application of cleaning procedures/ hygiene and safety rules.
- Record the results and performance rates.
- Make proposal for improvements and optimization of Production tool within fermentation.
- Create and make sure the right application of production procedures within fermentation.
- Participate to Quality system and processes.
- Participate to production meetings.
- Assure good social climate within the team.
- Comply with requirements of Halal, SHE, HACCP, ISO, 5S in factory.
- Other tasks assigned by the Fermentation Manager and the company.

- Bachelor degree in food, mechanical engineering/or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 year experience at the same position in food, chemistry or pharmaceutical industry, or Beer Factory fermentation
- Attention to hygiene, safety, quality and environmental issues.
- High Sense of responsibility, initiative and self-motivation
- Strong management skill
- Can communicate in English or French
- Able to work in shift
