About the Role:
The Field Application Engineer (FAE) for the ICT Business will act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, bridging the gap between customers and product development. The FAE will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into viable solutions using our products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design solutions using our ICT products.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and partners.
• Customer Training: Develop and deliver training programs to customers on the usage and benefits of our products.
• Feedback Loop: Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and assist in the continuous improvement of products.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and technical bulletins.
• Field Support: Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and close business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies to provide valuable insights.

Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or field application engineering role within the ICT industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and applications. Proficient in using design and simulation tools.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or field application engineering role within the ICT industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and applications. Proficient in using design and simulation tools.
