This role spans the entire customer lifecycle-from pre-sales solution design and technical engagement to delivery, acceptance, and post-sales support-ensuring the successful deployment and continuous optimization of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support technical activities for marketing events, customer engagement, and partner enablement
• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements and technical information to support opportunity qualification
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and technical presentations
• Develop technical proposals, including system configuration, BoQ, and RFP responses
• Collaborate with internal teams, factories, and third-party partners to ensure optimal solutions
• Support technical validation, configuration alignment, and deal execution
• Assist with system delivery, implementation, and acceptance testing
• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting after delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback and technical insights
1.Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in Telecommunications, RF Engineering or related technical fields.
• Basic understanding of RF principles including spectrum, modulation and propagation.
• Knowledge of wireless communication technologies such as LTE and 5G.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
• Good English communication skills for technical documentation and business communication.
2.Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with one or more of the following will have an advantage:
• Hands-on experience using RF test equipment such as:
- Spectrum Analyzer
- Signal Generator
- Network Analyzer
• Experience with wireless
testers, UE Simulator or Call Box.
• Experience in LTE / 5G / Wireless Communication.
• Experience in customer support, application engineering or pre-
sales engineering.
• Familiarity with RF measurements and protocol testing.
