Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in the Hanoi Capital Region for a Field Application Engineer.
The Field Application
Engineer will provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, application development, and troubleshooting. The role includes working closely with the sales team and customers to understand their needs and propose suitable semiconductor and electronic component solutions. The individual will collaborate with the internal team to meet customer requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and debugging electronic components and systems
Solid understanding of electronic circuits, semiconductor applications, and design-in services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and technical teams effectively
Experience with sales support, customer engagement, and building client relationships within the electronics industry
Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and solve complex technical challenges
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
Hands-on experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a strong advantage
