Mô tả công việc
Position Overview
• Understands the policies and quality goals of Swagelok Vietnam and the department, and works proactively to achieve them.
• Acquires wide-ranging knowledge of Swagelok products and services as well as industry/application knowledge, understands market trends, and takes responsibility for activities, sales and appropriate profits in line with sales targets.
• In addition to providing improved customer satisfaction and higher-quality service with an understanding of the value of Swagelok, contributes to sales and profit growth company-wide through operational efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Build trusted relationships with key personnel at customer sites that lead to expansion of business, and undertake initiatives to achieve the quality goals of the department.
• Make customer contacts and meaningful events that lead to expansion of sales while reliably reporting processes and results and carrying out regular reviews with superiors.
• Truly understand the needs of customers, and promote problem-solving recommendation activities to meet those needs.
• Strive to increase sales by generating projects/opportunities and by building relationships with important customers based on customer segments.
• Achieve targets while reliably reporting processes and results and carrying out regular reviews with superiors.
• Actively share collected information orally to increase sales and avoid risk.
• Maintain constant awareness of internal and external changes, while actively responding to and participating in the changes.
• Actively win projects to increase sales in collaboration with Inside Sales and BDM.
**Budget Responsibilities Achievement of individual and Sales Department targets

Academic and Professional Experience:
Required:
• 25 to 35 year olds.
• Four-year Technical university degree or equivalent academic ability* Prefer candidate graduated of HUST, HAUI, HUMG.
• Advanced Automation, pneumatic, hydraulic industrials knowledge.
• At least 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience. Prefer sale man have experiment in power plant, industrial gas and semiconductor market
Desirable:
• Project management
• Ability to communicate in English with Swagelok in writing and orally
