Field Service Engineer (Automation)

Position Purpose:
Programmers design and implement automation systems, enhancing industrial processes. Responsibilities include developing software programs, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Technical Support
- Good knowledge of industrial equipment, Robotic
- Programming PLC, and HMI for automation projects
- Basic knowledge of .Net, SQL, Image processing, and Mechanical
- Design control circuits and select equipment for electrical cabinets
- Read electrical drawings for connection and assembly
- Consulting and supporting the Mechanics or customers about equipment as well as how to install and use the equipment
- Participate in installation and operation of machinery products designed by the company at customer companies
- Solve problems that arise during the product completion process
- Evaluate product quality, hand over and accept finished products to customers
- Attend ongoing training events sponsored by companies or machine manufacturers to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options.
Others
- Cooperate with affiliated departments properly & timely with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate & contact direct-sales partners and distributors.
- Do tasks assigned by the company & department.
