Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Product Engineering Manager (HVAC/Refrigeration, $2.000, ID 20039):
Provide direction in product design, development, and manufacturing engineering activities
Review, refine, and improve existing products (industrial air conditioning, cooling systems, and air filtration systems)
Coordinate closely with manufacturing teams to finalize and optimize products
Handle technical problem-solving and provide guidance for engineering challenges
Develop and validate product improvements, including prototyping and testing when required
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications
Manage technical documentation including drawings, BOMs, and specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution
Communicate with overseas technical teams regarding product and technical matters
Report directly to the General Manager and support in optimizing team performance and efficiency
Train, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of team members
Requirement
Male, 30 - 50 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, or related fields
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in product design, product development, or manufacturing engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (mandatory)
Solid understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and product optimization
Knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, or air treatment products is highly preferred
