Mô tả công việc
Perform teaching duties and administrative activities related to teaching (may include extra-curricular activities).
Participate in consulting, contributing ideas in creating and developing the study program.
Take charge of lesson planning, preparation, and student assessments, while also participating in valuable training sessions and events as mandated by ANLA.
Provide constructive feedback on students' written work, helping them grow and improve and consult with parents if assigned.
Keep a close eye on student performance, tracking their progress against KPIs in line with ANLA's curriculum.
Showcase the integrity and strong work ethic in every situation, communicate effectively, and demonstrate your ability to think on your feet.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A university graduate with a major in Foreign Language Pedagogy, Education, or related fields.
Preference will be given to teachers who hold an international TESOL/TEFL teaching certificate/ Ielts academic 6.5 or equalevant.
At least 1 year experienced in teaching kids aged 4-12 (Cambridge programs).
Be familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Gmail, ...) will be a plus.
SKILL & OTHERS REQUIREMENT
Strong confidence, excellent communication, presentation and critical thinking and emotional management skills.
Academic quality management skill
Class management skill
Time management skill
Attitude: Love children, passionate, responsible and proactive.
