Mô tả công việc
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Finance & Accounting Associate. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance & accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Upon joining the team, you will assume the following responsibilities:
1) Support accounting and financial aspects of the business, including financial control, planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting entries and creation of financial statements;
2) Support high-level business decision-making;
3) Reconcile accounts and ensure that financial records are accurate;
4) Assist with audits and provide support to auditors;
5) Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as banks, financial institutions and authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc
1) Based in HCMC;
2) Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business from a top-tier local or international university;
3) Work experience in accounting, audit, consulting, or financial advisory field;
4) Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS) and ideally Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS);
5) Hands-on experience with accounting software like Misa;
6) Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables;
7) Experience with general ledger functions;
8) Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills;
9) Additional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA etc.) or Chief Accountant certificate is a plus.
