Finance & Accounting Executive ( Temporary For 6 Months )

We are looking for the candidates who will be responsible for accounts payable & receivable with following activities:
• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy of financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records as well as expense handling
• Reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies and monitor to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables & receivables.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records of a combined multi-transaction
• Perform all analysis reports monthly/quarterly/yearly to Chief accountant and support for auditing & tax inspection
• Vat input checking and review.
• Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters
• Other tasks as required
