Finance & Accounting Manager will take full responsibility to manage the Finance & Accounting department to help the company track and implement cost optimization and credit policies for customers and suppliers as well as perform effective risk management, protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth, doing analysis and plans to use finance for production and business purposes to consult BOD to make investment reasonable decisions to bring profit for the business.
Responsibilities:
Accounting: Directs company's establishment and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Be responsible for Finance /accounting operations and systems, analysis and report preparation
• monitor, supervise and evaluate all daily accounting activities
• develop and implement accounting systems to collect, analyse, verify and report a myriad of financial information.
• Enforce the correct accounting policies, methods and principles
• Complete annual audits to ensure accuracy
• Meet financial objectives through collaboration and delegation
• Produce financial statements by monitoring and evaluating accounting data
• Streamline systems and processes and initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Create and sustain fiscal records and other files to accurately document transactions
• Recommend products and services to maximize sales margins
Finance: Driving the company's financial planning; Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments; Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
• Forecast and proactively manage cash flows
• Conduct analysis to improve business decisions based on managerial accounting
• Efficiently manage working capital
• Establish company's financial policies and procedures
• Drive the annual budget and mid-term/ long-term business planning process by providing financial insights
• Supervise monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually financial reporting
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of both management and financial accounting systems
• Ensure timely compliance with tax and regulatory filing and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Continuously seek out, suggest, and implement opportunities to improve processes
• Develop and train finance & accounting team to build a motivated, competent, and compliant finance Function
• Reported to BOD & Group Founders
