Job Description:
Oversee and prepare comprehensive financial and accounting reports, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting procedures, financial reporting, risk management, and cash flow management.
Collaborate directly with the Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Perform financial analysis and propose strategies to optimize profitability and cost management.
Ensure compliance with legal and accounting standards in financial reporting, tax declarations, and other departmental reports.
Manage working capital efficiently to support the company's business operations, including capital raising, cash management, and banking relationships.
Develop and manage budgets with transparency and efficiency.
Train and guide the team within the department.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in the same role.
Holding international certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus.
Solid knowledge of financial, tax, and accounting regulations.
Exceptional financial analysis and data management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A positive leadership attitude with integrity and transparency.
Proficient in using accounting software.
