Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our Finance team.
This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, general accounting, tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives while supporting the
Accounting Manager in driving operational excellence and financial governance.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare and review financial reports, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
Analyze financial results and explain significant variances.
Support reporting requirements for management, regional, and corporate finance teams.
Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and reporting standards. General Ledger & Reconciliations
Review and maintain general ledger accounts.
Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain strong control over accounting records and supporting documentation.
Monitor month-end accruals, prepaid expenses, provisions, and intercompany transactions. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Coordinate VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, and other local tax compliance activities.
Support preparation and review of tax filings and statutory reports.
Liaise with tax authorities, external consultants, and auditors when required.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations. Internal Controls & Audit
Execute and monitor internal control activities.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal control requirements.
Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
