Mô tả công việc

- Support the Head of Department in managing and operating the department's work.
- Manage assets/currency liabilities and capital structure.
- Strongly internal control based on risk, risk management and fraud prevention.
- Provide guidance and direction to department staff on financial regulations, current accounting and statistical regimes, as well as working procedures.
- Financial planning and analysis, investment analysis.
- Responsible for tax accounting, tax planning and tax compliance.
- Manage working capital, receivables, credit analysis, payment monitoring, receivables monitoring, especially overdue receivables.
- Maximize value from resources while ensuring compliance.
- Ensure efficient accounting processes.
- Ensure that business events which have a monetary impact are recorded and reported accurately and promptly in relevant systems.
- Ensure that financial information is reliable, accurate and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, annual budget planning and summary.
- Make statistical reports related to sending to competent authorities.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality.
- Prepare and circulate documents, provide data, documents, reports according to regulations or when requested by the Company's leaders or business partners.
- Prepare and coordinate financial audits, including internal and independent audits.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably working at container ports, container shipping lines, logistics companies, etc..
- Have professional certificates as prescribed.
- Understand the law, accounting regime and standards according to current regulations.
- Use English well at work (priority given to those with IELTS 6.5 certificate or equivalent).
- Understand and have working knowledge of specialized accounting software and office information technology;
- Organizational skills, planning of work to be managed effectively and accurately;
- Analytical skills including the ability to extract, synthesize and analyze data well, and the ability to prepare financial reports;
- Team spirit, learning, agility, high ethical standards, friendly and accurate communication, service spirit, resilience and the ability to work under pressure.

+ Project: Berth No. 5 & 6 Lach Huyen Port, Cat Hai District, Hai Phong City.
