Finance & Accounts Manager (English Required)

• To prepare and review full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
• To prepare and review financial results for presentation to Management.
• To review the tax position of the Company.
• Manage financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection,
control debtors aging, manage cash flow and budget.
• To ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Tax accounting reporting.
• To develop key performance indicators to measure branch current performance and for future planning.
• To prepare profit projections, cash flow projections and other data / information required for any new projects or ad-hoc projects undertaken by Company.
• To implement activity-based costing / cost center accounting and to plan and implement cost-finding and reporting system to management on cost of outputs and inputs.
• To liaise with operation on branch / outlets on cost control measures, exercise and activities and assist in reviewing of branch / outlets operation costs.
• To conduct review of internal cost control system & procedure and work-flow procedure.
• To liaise with tax authority, government and other statutory bodies and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• To analyze financial data and statements, and to identify and investigate costs variances and providing advise to management on cost / budget over-run and variances.
• To ensure timely preparation of billing / invoicing of sales transaction.
• To lead and provide guidance to junior finance staff members on complex accounting issues
• To liaise with HQ Senior management personal for Administrative, HR and financial issues.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
