Support sales KPI tracking and performance reporting.
Assist in calculating sales commissions and incentive payouts.
Analyze sales data and prepare dashboards/reports.
Support bonus scheme design and performance monitoring.
Work closely with Sales and Finance teams on ad-hoc analysis.
Yêu cầu
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related majors.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
Basic understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.• Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
