• Communicate and coordinate with all divisions, departments to prepare NSRP Master Budget and analyze the spending exercise following NSRP internal policies and procedures. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
• Perform site survey, evaluate the effectiveness of cost control implementation activities and other ad-hoc ones as required by supervisors.
• Provide analysis of actual budget implementation based on observing and evaluating the implemented internal cost controlling activities and propose recommendation for decision making on timely basis.
• Control and verify Budget, transfer Budget, for all expenditure/ spending/ contract amendment in NSRP following Procurement Approval Procedure.
• Prepare Master Budget preparation with limited guidance from seniors/leaders
• Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
• Prepare the weekly/monthly budget spending status report with analysis and other required finance report to
Finance Manager, NSRP Management, Sponsors.
• Support
project managers by performing simple tasks. Involves following established procedures.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager and other superiors.
