2. Job Detail:
2.1 Job Objective:
- Manage and control AR team and EDD operational
- To Control and analysis Accounting System especially related to Account Payable, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, & Profit and Loss to make sure running well follow SOP.
- Supervise AP staff and Tax staff work follow standard operation procedure.
- Make sure that NBTVN accounting are complied with accounting law of Viet Nam and Government's regulations.
2.2 Scope of work:
- Receivable account, Inventory, VAT report
- EDD Operation, Follow up EDD Delivery, AR, Cash, Inventory, Asset all branches of EDD
- Control and analysis Accounting System especially related to Account Payable, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, & Profit and Loss
2.3 Job Relationship:
A. Internal Relationships:
- Sales head division: coordination to support operational sales division.
- Human resources division: coordination to support operational HR division.
- MKT division: coordination to support operational MKT division.
- Logistic division: cooordination to support operational Logistic division.
B. External Relationships:
- Bank: cooridination interm of mutation funds, cash deposit, branch payroll, etc
- Goods & service supplier: cooridination in term of procurement goods and services.
- Goverment instance: coordination in term of legal, tax, and others goverment regulations.
2.4 Key roles and responsibilities:
- AR Management
- Monitoring inventory in System
- Monitoring Out put VAT report / Status of invoice report
- Set up new product selling price in System
- Checking SM Salary
- Approve internal inventory transfer from DC to EDD
- Approve new code of distributors in System
- EDD administration management
- Cash projection
- Review VAT summary report
- Audit IPT report monthly
- Remaining GL transaction to finish closing.
- PNL report + Balance sheet report + Trial Balance (Nationwide & Region)
- Analysis PNL report (Nationwide)
- Audit EDD/Depot
- Internal Audit
- External Audit
- Other task from Finance Manager.
