About the job
Responsible for establishing pricing strategy and promotion plans to maximize revenue of A.Plus's property portfolio in Vietnam while also supporting the business development team to identify future revenue of prospective property for the purpose of business growth.
Lead the revenue management functions of the property/ building/apartment by identifying and determining selling strategies to maximize room revenue. Analyze situations and statistics to gauge demand, pricing and recommend appropriate strategies.
Communicate these strategies to the sales team and other key departments in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain rational pricing strategies for transient, wholesale and group segments.
Identify future revenue opportunities for properties generated from business development team based on multiple factors such as markets trends, location assessment, competitor analysis and property's infrastructure and communicate strategies and recommendations to BOD
Develop and execute the property strategic plan and budget in conjunction with the sales strategy team members.
Regularly exchange and update selling prices with the Marketing Manager / customer care of B2C / B2B channels to ensure room rates and promotions are well aligned across related departments.
Check prices, room status, do market research, test bookings, and rate shopping every day on all major sales channels and competitors' sales channels to promptly propose adjustments.
Facilitate communication among all revenue team members to ensure all perspectives are considered and strategies understood. Ensure all relevant departments and members of the sales team are adhering to all standard workflow processes in order to optimize revenue performance and tracking (this includes group coordinators, reservations, front office, sales, etc.).
Work closely with FIN Team in the preparation and management of the Department's budget.

Strong knowledge of real estate industry/
At Least 02 year experience as a Finance Officer, FIN Busines Partner, Revenue Manager in the hospitality/real-estate industry
Excellent understanding of revenue management concepts, processes and systems.
Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
Understands how to evaluate business trends and modify strategies to improve revenue opportunities.
Manage group and interpersonal conflict situations effectively.
High energy and always gives maximum effort.
Excellent understanding of, and skills to develop market analysis, pricing analysis, and inventory management systems.
