Mô tả công việc
The role is available for candidates based in either Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City
1/ Job Purpose:
- To oversee station budget, forecast, actual Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, and process improvement to support operational efficiency and strategic decision making
- To complete the assignment as per the Country Controlling Manager's assignment and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
2/ Report to: Country Controlling Manager
3/ Working Location: Floor 11, Etown 2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
4/ Main Accountabilities:
- Acts as a business partner with Products, other departments, and management
- Measures station performance/ target achievement by conducting the analysis of station actual performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior-year figures; delivers timely commentary and actionable insights to management
- Actively supports station cross-functional alignments
- Facilitates implementation, follows up, and monitors implementation/ achievements
- Drives the station planning and forecasting process
- Supports in managing Net Working Capital
- Coordinates station business case preparation
5/ Process: Follow DHL Global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Job Aids to work with the related parties in country/ Global Service Center (GSC)/ Region/ Global
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or managerial finance roles; and knowledge of the Logistics industry is an advantage
- Have logical thinking and very good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Sound business understanding and high proficiency in operations
- Affinity to travel
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Assertive, persistent and able to challenge
- Strong communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
- Ability to take ownership and drive improvement
- Good collaboration with other departments to have a smooth process
- Fluent in English verbal/ written communication
