KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key budget controller
• Budget preparation: prepare and analyze annual P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow budget.
• Process monthly closing activities.
• Pricing and marginality analysis.
• Stock analysis and forecasting.
• Provide support to inventory planning.
• Financial evaluation of projects and capital expenditures.
• Working with auditor: meeting with external audit staff, implementing reporting changes, and communicating to upper management the outcomes of the audit.
• Coordinate within the department for budget, monthly rolling forecast.
• Support the budget owners to monitor their budget vs actual.
• Design and implement necessary control tool and process to ensure the accuracy of reports.
• Other ad-hoc report or analysis required by management team or group.
Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:15
Location: Vinh Phuc (Bus & allowance for employee from Hanoi)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably specialized in Finance & Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field. At least 2 years of experience in controlling is a plus
• SAP experience
• ACCA is preferred
• Excellent in communication - reasonable to clarify information with partner
• Good presentation & time management skills
• Critical thinking
• Results driven, self-driven
