As a Finance & Development professional, you will be responsible for managing the hospital's financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and supporting
business development. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Financial Management:
• Oversee all financial operations and direct the company's financial planning and structure.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of financial statements and reports.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against the budget and provide insights to senior management.
3. Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate funds for operations and growth.
• Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
4. Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic goals.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and federal financial regulations and standards.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
6. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management:
• Calculate and manage salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
• Handle tasks related to Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
