Finance Manager (Prefer Female)

Lead the accounting team's activities: document, cash flow, cash balance, expense, collection, fixed asset and inventory, budget and forecast;
Provide and interpret financial information, ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement, tax reports, management report and variance analysis as required;
Work with internal and external audits, conducting reviews and evaluations for cost - reduction opportunities;
Formulate strategic and long - term business plans by researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance, analyzing change and advise accordingly, analyzing market trends;
Support communication between local government and HQ, developing external relationships with appropriate contacts: auditor, bankers and statutory organization; work with tax department and related authorities regarding tax and legal status;
Train and develop the team to their fullest potential to work delegation, maintain and improve accounting system and procedures;
Play a consultant role to GM for finance and operation matter;
Other duties as assigned by GM
