1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
· Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
· Analyze financial data and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting:
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with VAS.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports and statements.
3. Accounting Management:
· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
· Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
· Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and processes.
5. Cash Flow Management:
· Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support the company's operations and growth objectives.
· Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize returns on investments.
6. Financial Strategy:
· Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
· Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Audit and Taxation:
· Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
· Work closely with tax advisors to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
