Summary of Position
Anne Hill International School (AHIS) seeks a highly motivated and experienced MIS Executive (Helpdesk) to join our growing team. You have experience with School Information System (SIS) experience and have at least 2 successful implementations will have an advantage. SIS knowledge should include, but not limited to Person Records Management, Teaching Management, Timetable management, School Reporting, Admissions/Registrations, Enrollment cycles, Fee management, Activities/ECA management, Student Care, Facilities Management, and portal management for students, teachers and parents would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students.
• Manage and maintain the school's SIS and other software applications.
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training to staff on IT systems and software.
• Ensure data integrity and security.
• Coordinate and work with overseas vendors.
• Manage user expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Work on weekends and late nights when necessary.
• Work under tight timelines and management pressure
• Other requirements by line manager
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in IT service management or ERP systems.
Shared requirements:
• Must be able to speak and write in English. Communication is important as we coordinate and work with overseas vendors.
• Must have successfully completed at least 2 full ERP implementation cycles.
• Must have strong analytic skills and the ability to learn new domain processes quickly
• Must have at least 2 years SaaS experience
• Ability to communicate and present to work team stakeholders as well as project leaders
• Must be able to work on weekends and late nights when necessary
• Must be able to work under tight timelines and management pressure
• Must be skilled in multitasking, problem solving, root-cause analysis, and managing users' expectations
• Must have strong work ethics and critical thinking abilities
• Nice to have report writing, KPI/Dashboard development, and Business Intelligence skills with at least 2 years of experience
Finance MIS executive:
• Must have full understanding of Finance modules and features within standard ERP solutions
• Must have full understanding of accounting practices
• Must have at least 5 years experience in Finance implementation and Post-Live support
• Nice to have Sales, Distribution, and/or Procurement domain experience/knowledge
• Nice to have actual end-user experience in Finance
Sales, Distribution, and Procurement MIS executive:
• Must have full understanding of Sales, Distribution, and Procurement modules and features within standard ERP solutions
• Must have at least 5 years experience in these domains for implementation and Post-Live support
• Nice to have Finance domain experience/knowledge
• Nice to have actual end-user experience in Sales, Distributions, and/or Procurement
