Finance Senior Staff

• Leader of ERP Team (North Vietnam and supporting Korea/Japan Site)
- Set up and build core data, core master, core logic of ERP system. Main manager for applying ERP (M3 system) to all the procedures and daily operation for country Vietnam.
- Review ERP transactions on the aspect of operations and inventory management, purchase and customer management, cost tracking, management, and control.
- Review ERP closing jobs monthly and yearly.
• Finance and control Jobs
- Leading finance team to ensure accurate monthly and annual financial activities and reporting focusing on product costing, cost and variance analysis as well as preparation of operational key success factors.
- Preparation of annual projection, forecast and outlook based on detailed product costing as well as departmental cost budgeting.
- To cooperate with the Group's internal auditor on the annual internal control system review to identify actions to improve internal finance controls.
- To ensure the Company complies with local tax regulations for financial reporting and controls.
- Review and manage the credit assessment, credit limit and credit term to suppliers and customers.
- Management of cost reporting and cost management including standard costing within Vietnam reporting as well as product costing based on the groups' standard calculation format.
- Controlling costs and analysing the Company's performance metrics
- Preparation of product calculations for feasibility analysis as well as pricing purposes.
- Management of active cost management within all departments of the company. - Implement effective systems to monitor, control and plan inventories of raw material, consumables, and indirect materials to control and improve consumption costs.
• Legal, Investment, Risk Management Jobs
- Classify and approve principles contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Identifying, assessing, and controlling threats to an organization's capital and earnings.
- Preparation of annual projection, forecast budget for investment projects.
• Tax and other government authority
- Maintain close communication with local authorities and government officials to ensure proper tax controls and compliance for the Company.
