As a Finance Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial transactions while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Job Responsibilities:
*Loan Processing:
- Managing the loan fulfilment process, including reviewing and verifying applicant information to loan agreement, disbursement value and account details
- Ensuring all loan agreements and related documents are accurately maintained and appropriately loaded to the loan record system
*Accounting & Financial Monitoring:
- Recording loan transactions in the company's accounting system, including disbursements, repayments, and any associated fees or charges.
- Calculating adjustments for loan accounts.
- Generating reports on loan portfolios, delinquencies, and other relevant metrics for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Performing periodic reconciliations of loan balances, payments, and other related accounts.
*Risk & Compliance:
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies governing loan origination, servicing, and reporting.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with loan operations, such as credit risk, interest rate risk, and operational risk.
- Assisting with internal and external audits, reviews, and examinations of loan portfolios and processes.
*Other tasks: including but not limited to:
- Continuously evaluating and recommending enhancements to loan processing procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
