Finance & Tax Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role is to provide financial compliance, reporting and expertise that supports the overall Vietnamese regulatory taxation compliance of Aden Group.
1. Experience & Knowledge:
• Ensure all finance and accounting, tax work of legal entities under Aden Group in Vietnam being managed properly in compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations and Aden Group expectations.
• Maintains a working knowledge of statutes to ensure all financial information meets the necessary statutory and regulatory compliance standards, including liaising with tax consultants to ensure legislative requirements are met.
• Understand tax obligations and ensure effective tax planning is carried out to ensure compliance and minimization of taxation expense for the Group.
• Keep tracks of licenses status of legal entities under Aden Group. Monitors business changes, assesses and communicates the impact on Finance as required
• Foreseen & alert any tax risks to the Vietnam Country Manager and Aden Group
• Evaluating, developing, and improving internal controls, systems, and procedures that increase the accuracy and efficiency of the structure
2. Internal stakeholders engagement:
• Provides technical advice and assistance to the Accounting & Finance & Sales teams in relation to taxation issues.
• Oversee the overall finance and accounting teams to ensure the finance and accounting works are properly allocated, controlled and recorded, in a timely and accurate manner
• Training and motivating Aden concerned team while supervising and delegating department tasks
• Coordination with related parties of headquarters and branches
3. External stakeholders engagement:
• Working with local tax/ government department in various engagement of tax/ finance audit support
• Manage relationships with third party auditors and other concerned service providers
• Other related spot duties and tasks as requested
