ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Crossian is an AI-First Organization on a mission to strengthen our cross-border Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce model. Founded in 2020, we have grown at a cumulative average rate of over 1,000% in 6 years, and behind that growth are our people.
As our Accountant, you'll go beyond routine bookkeeping. You'll handle USD revenue and VND operations across multiple sales channels and payment gateways, and keep books under VAS while supporting US GAAP reporting. It's hands-on experience with both standards that few accounting roles in Vietnam can offer.
Tech, data and AI sit at the core of how we work. You'll have the tools and the ownership to automate manual tasks, speed up reconciliation and closing, and build a smarter way of doing accounting.
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role is for a resilient, detail-oriented financial accountant who stays calm under pressure and still brings sharp thinking to every accounting situation. You are a self-directed learner who thrives in our learning culture and picks up new systems and tools quickly. Above all, you take ownership and you are driven by efficiency.

Account Analysis & Reconciliation: Reconcile bank, payment gateway and balance sheet accounts across high transaction volumes. Analyze account movements and explain variances, unusual trends or errors before the numbers are finalized.
Standards & Compliance: Apply VAS and US GAAP consistently across USD revenue and VND operations, and flag accounting treatment issues early.
Aud
it Support: Keep accounting records well-documented and audit-ready, prepare audit schedules and serve as a key point of contact during audits.
Transaction Accuracy: Make sure payments and expense allocations across multiple sales channels and payment gateways are recorded correctly and traceable in the books.
Process Improvement & Automation: Streamline closing and reporting workflows with standardized templates, automated trackers or scripts to shorten the close cycle.
