MISSION AND ROLE:
The FA position plays the critical role to support CFO to manage all aspects the Companies/Group financial performance. Working closely with the Group CFO to analyze & advise on all functions within the group, especially within the sales & production departments; and as supporter to CFO, being gate keeper to ensure the business of each department is driven accordingly to the group's financial frame works, business direction, and financial targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Forecasting, budgeting, and budget control
Analyzing actual monthly performance against forecast.
Playing the critical role in supporting CFO to synchronize & reconcile data in annual budgeting process.
Tracking, reviewing, and voicing to department heads of their functional spending. Highlighting, challenging abnormal and over spending in order to ensure the costs given would be spent within budget and/or reasonable.
Financial appraisal and Analysis
Accounting Control for monthly financial accounting reports as per financial frame work
Monthly sales and receivables allocation management and adjustment tracking after delivery report and tracking.
Managing costs and providing reasonable and in-depth analysis addressing key drivers of actual costs.
COGS/production costs analysis upon contract deal, plan, and actual. Propose optimal value trade-offs solution; Using these analyses to proactively to drive discussions with the Production to ensure the balanced cost, leverage saving, and to minimize waste in production
Participating in tendering process as per DOA, offering financial review, and cost modelling and actively joining the contract performance reviews for critical supply contracts.
Pre and post evaluating boat gross margin by entity, by boat, by market before offering and after finalized delivery. Managing comparison gross margin as per financial frame work.
Evaluate material purchasing demand planning to ensure the reasonability.
Preparing Monthly financial appraisal and analysis package and inputting for Country/Group Summary Executive reports.
Business gate keeper to ensure business is driven accordingly to the group's business frame works.
Functional team Contribution & Management
Contribute to the effectiveness of the Corporate Finance team.
Support team meetings at which progress against KPIs is monitored and discussed.
All other reasonable duties as requested by CFO

Improvement degree of Inventory level
Factory and production management costs saving as target set
Unit cost(s) as target set
Cost saving target
Accurate and timely reports
Accurate, qualified and timely data & analysis

Professional Experiences
5 - 10 years working experiences in accounting and financing fields or auditing, or financial/business analyzing, or the same position in manufacturing Companies
Fluently with ERP using
Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, ability to read and interpret figures and data.
Ability to address issues and effective solution.
Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times & in all matters
Ability to be self-motivation and action under Delegation of Authority
Desirable
