Founded in 2009 in Hong Kong, our client was firstly formed by a team of investment bankers and entrepreneurs with strong financial expertise and experience. At the moment, they are also a part of CFAW, an independent international investment banking firm serving middle-market businesses.
They provide the corporate financial services to mid-cap companies in Asia and Western Europe, helping them bring the best of their shareholder values throughout the process of starting, growing and increasing.
For this, they are looking for motivated members with strong expertise in:
M&A advisory (Buy & Sell-side)
Capital raising & financing (Debt & Equity)
Financial and Strategic Advisory
--- About the role ---
- To advise companies on their international expansion [commercial, industrial, financial, logistic, ...] by improving their business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy.
- Should be able to manage several brands and lead the development of client campaigns independently with a high degree of success.

Yêu cầu

--- Candidate skills ---
- Bachelor's degree in management or marketing or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Have knowledge of SWOT analysis, market entry strategy, BCG matrix, 5 porter's forces, etc.
- Problem-solving skills are needed, must have the ability to anticipate potential obstacles and prepare solutions for them
- Analytical skills, analysis so they can better advise the acquirer of the synergies that they stand to gain from M&A
- Consult directly with clients and provide post-merger integration advisory services designed to help them solve their most complex business challenges
--- Experience ---
- At least 1 year experience in the same role at a top tier or boutique consulting firm
- Experience in framing hypothesis and adopting recognized Strategy frameworks and techniques in the problems you are trying to solve
- Experience in research, data collection, quantitative analysis, structured problem solving and executive communication techniques
- Strong program management experience and delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
