Financial Analyst

A: Job description:
- Coordinate with function leaders for budget planning development
- Partner closely with function leaders to aid their understanding of OPEX/CAPEX forecasts and budget expectations, control the budget for spending.
- Coordinate with function leaders for rolling forecast and do analyze for variances between Actual vs Budget vs Forecast
- Support to execute financial planning and business analysis by collecting data and information from internal as well as external resources
- Prepare monthly and quarterly and annual internal management reporting & financial analysis
- Assist to analyze figures and prepare reports as required by Finance Controller
- Review PR, determine reasonable costs and identify financial status by comparing actual costs vs budget.
- Prepare periodical cash flow forecast and timely highlight cash flow issues to Finance Controller
- Assist to prepare ad hoc P&L modeling and in-depth analysis for management decision
- Costing analysis, especially COGS with Transfer Pricing
- Maintain adequate controls, ensure compliance with Company processes/policies
- Support internal audit (FCPA & SOX)
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
