This is a cross functional role that requires interaction with various units of the company. You might work on specific projects assigned by the group COO and the Country Manager.
You will be under direct supervision of the Finance and
Accounting Manager and be part of a team of 6 to 7 people.
As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Assistant Manager, you shall support strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company, inclusive but not limited to:
The preparation of the monthly report, such as Monthly Group P&L
The preparation of Bi-annual reforecast and annual budget
Analysis of BU performance
Project performance assessment
Cost variance analysis
Draft of explanatory notes to the Board of management with your recommendation to increase performance
You will also collaborate with the
General Accountant and the accounting team to peer review monthly Cash Flow, and other reports assigned by your Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification CFA is a plus.
4-6 years of experience in financial planning, business performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Preferred in Service Industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, interacting with various business units.

Fluent in English. French is a plus
