You play an important role in our company. Your performance and contribution will influence directly the success of the business. The role is to assist our clients who are Australian Financial Advisers to prepare high-quality and accurate financial recommendations to their clients.
About Us
FinAssist is a young and fast-growing business that provides outsourced Paraplanners and Administrators for Financial Advisers in Australia. Currently FinAssist have served 10 financial planning practices with over 1000 clients and total funds under management of approximately AUD $500 million.
About You
The primary role of a paraplanner involves assisting the Financial Advisers in producing Statement of Advice or Record of Advice which meets all client's objectives and serves the client's best interest. Therefore, your key responsibilities are following but not limited to the below:
- Construct quality advice documents in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for assisting the Financial Adviser with the proactive management of a client's affairs
- Manage and respond to client queries within specific time frames
- Fully comply with the industry rules and standards
- Maintain the clients' profile up-to-date
- Keep track and schedule yearly client's meeting
- Conduct comparison research between financial products
- Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes
