1. Position: Financial Product Manager

2. Location: Hanoi

3. Responsibilities:

Monitor and collect information to promptly grasp market interest rate trends and market financial products in order to design new financial product packages on the Tikop platform; adjust and optimize existing financial product packages in order to increase competitiveness and growth of products;
Control, build/adjust mechanisms and policies on interest rates and fees for products, service;
Sensitivity to customer needs, in-depth understanding of financial products in the market to assess market potential;
Work closely with product development teams and engineers on specific new product features or functions; launch the product into the market;
Brainstorm and coordinate with development teams to build supporting tools to monitor and control the performance of financial products;
Advice and advise the Board of Directors on approving the application of preferential mechanisms and policies related to interest rates and fees for products and services;
Run financial analysis to model potential costs and profits for a new or existing product; forecast potential growth in the future;
Forecast and coordinate with the finance department to develop an appropriate budget;

4. Requirements:

Graduated in Economics, Finance, Banking, and Securities at domestic or foreign universities;
Having 5 years of experience in Banking or Finance Securities, or with financial modeling tools;
Understanding of financial products, Fintech, Banking...;
Strong financial analysis and information synthesis skills;
Market research and data analysis processing, reporting, business planning, and delivery skills, effective skills;
Skilled in time management and work pressure, sensitive/flexible in handling situations;
Possess leadership and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of technology or having worked at a technology company is an advantage;
