financial reporting and analysis Supervisor

A. Job Responsibilities
1. Management Reports: prepare the Management Reports are required by Internal Group Reporting to ensure all data provided is accurate and explainable. Enclosed with written report for any discrepancy factors that could be happened in the future for prevention.
2. Financial Analysis: Perform and provide insightful analysis on financial statements, profit and loss, sales trends, work in progress data on Actual vs Actual prior month, Actual vs Budget with required period and fill up recommendations for execution.
- Coordinate, work, and follow up with related departments to implement recommendations or solve the discrepancy factors as requested.
3. Budget and Forecast: in charge of delivering the annual and half-year budget, prepare budget control pack and presentation, do the analysis on movements of cost elements on budget as required.
- Monitor and support teammates to provide the periodic forecast as weekly, monthly, quarterly, six months to Internal Group Reporting.
4. New projects: Timely report the progress of new projects
- Cooperate with all related departments to build and implement the procedures for new projects.
- Ensure the revenue and cost allocated for the existing and new project is accurate, sufficient, and reasonable.
- Analysis the financial factors for new projects and report to Board of Directors and Group Management.
- Post evaluation of the effectiveness of the new projects.
5. Quotation: Review supporting documents provided by production department and update the calculation method.
6. Costing: Prepare the WO database and work with related departments to collect information for costing.
7. Continuous Improvement Projects: brainstorm the new ideas with team and other departments to implement the savings projects, frequently to review/ renew the internal control procedures to compliance with law and regulations.
8. Business partnering and Team development: enhance the capability of team members by training course, group discussing for soft skills.
9. Other requirements by Finance manager or Board of Directors.
