Firmware Project Manager

I. JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Firmware Project Manager for Electronics/Embedded Devices at ITR VN, you will lead cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each hardware and/or embedded feature is delivered on time, within the scope, and with team resources.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, objectives, and plans for release.
Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, and team members (hardware engineer, firmware engineer, QC, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Lead and monitor the development of the projects from concept to production readiness
