JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage and take responsibility for all Technical of Case Goods and Upholtery.
Overview the 2D/3D technical_ standardization the comfort(include the foam construction/ saving materials/ reduce Touch)
Manage and work closely with the sample workshop to follow up on the sample making, and manage all information about the finalized sample on the drawings.
Prototype review.
Costing for packaging.
Container utilization
Suggest the improvements or necessary changes if any.
Documentation: Specification per each item & QUALITY Critical points
Follow up with the factory from sample to mass production
Technical transfer to ensure smooth mass production of new products.
Work with internal teams to resolve issues/problems related to design.
Do the PPS review, and sign off.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of all first run production orders.
Ensuring all Pre-Production Samples are correctly signed off and the QC Team are fully briefed on the requirements.
Work with QC team to oversee the first production run on the line.
Ensure all Technical specifications are in place and are signed off by Allingham and the factory for new and existing products.
Ensure all compliance requirements are met in line with country specific requirements.
