Mô tả công việc
1. Operation Tasks
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure hygiene standards, food safety, and technical compliance.
- Coordinate with tenants and internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train, monitor, and manage the performance of team members and brand staff within the managed area.
- Work with the Finance team on brand-related payment matters.
- Receive defect lists from the Facility Department and work closely with tenants to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints and other operational issues as they arise.
2. Marketing Tasks
- Collaborate with brands on communication activities, promotions, and events.
- Propose and execute sales-driven events and promotional activities.
- Review and analyze weekly and monthly floor sales performance.
- Monitor and update market trends and relevant industry information.
3. Fitting-out
- Instruct tenants on construction regulations and fire protection drawings.
- Coordinate with Design and Facility teams to finalize drawings according to the approved timeline.
- Support tenants during the fitting-out period and grand opening stage.
4. Payment Management
- Monitor and verify tenants' daily and periodic sales to ensure alignment with system records.
- Track and verify rent, service charges, and utility fees; ensure debit notes and related official documents are issued to tenants on time.
- Follow up on payments to ensure on-time settlement and issue late-payment notices when necessary.
5. Other Supporting Tasks
- Perform other business management-related support tasks as assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
1. Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management, Marketing, or related fields
2. Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or supervisory roles
- Experience in restaurant/café/food chain operations is an advantage
3. Attitude & Mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership mindset
- Business-oriented and marketing mindset
- Willing to take ownership and drive results
4. Required Skills
- F&B management skills, including operations, staff management, and service quality control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with technical aspects related to F&B operations
5. Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales-driven or marketing-driven F&B models
- Ability to plan and execute marketing or promotional activities
- Data-driven mindset for performance tracking and reporting
