Create and copy luxurious floral arrangements according to the set themes.
Consult with customers to determine their vision and craft original pieces.
Find, gather and pull materials to create and embellish product designs.
Maintain proper storage, stacking of flowers and ensuring they keep their life and do not wilt.
Attentitive to details, quality and originality in all arrangements created.
Keep knowledgeable regarding industry trends related to currently popular themes, colors, patters, and textures.
Create and maintain a refined yet welcoming guest floral experience, efficient and accurate cashiering functions and exceeds guests expressed and unexpressed needs.
Communicates in a clear and timely manner with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
One year working experience is preferred.
Basic Education completed is preferred.
Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
Contemporary knowledge of flowers and plants is preferred.
Creativity in making arrangements is preferred.
