The Job
We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be in charge of reviewing the software specifications and design mockups, developing a cross-platform mobile application from scratch, and leading the application testing effort. You'll work alongside a backend developer, as well as a UI designer to ensure you create high-performing applications with a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter & Dart, delivering seamless experiences for millions of users.
- Lead feature development, optimize for scale, performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.
- Integrate complex APIs, third-party services, and handle real-world large-scale data challenges.
- Craft pixel-perfect, intuitive UI/UX adhering to platform guidelines (Material Design, Cupertino).
- Conduct code reviews, mentor juniors, maintain clean architecture, testing, and automation.
- Act as a strong technical bridge: daily client communication to gather requirements, provide solutions, and align team deliverables.
- Identify/fix bottlenecks, bugs, and ensure app stability under high load.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years deep expertise in Flutter/Dart.
- Strong portfolio of released apps on App Store/Google Play, including at least one with millions of users (high-scale handling: performance, concurrency, offline support, etc.) is a plus.
- Mastery of state management (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider), animations, custom widgets, and clean architecture patterns.
- Proven attention to UI/UX details for engaging, responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing (unit/widget/integration), and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent English communication; comfortable leading client discussions and bridging technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Independent yet collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience as Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or in similar leadership roles.
- Eagerness and ability to quickly learn native frameworks (Swift for iOS/WatchOS, Kotlin for Android/Wear OS) to extend apps to wearables.
- Familiarity with other mobile tech (e.g., native modules, Firebase, AWS Services).
- Open-source contributions or advanced performance optimization experience.
