Mobile App Developer

OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Mobile App Developer to develop internal applications within our ERP ecosystem and adtech features for data management, campaign operations, reporting, tracking, and business automation.
This role is suitable for candidates with a product mindset, experience building stable enterprise mobile apps, and the ability to work end-to-end from UI/UX, business flow, API integration to performance optimization and backend collaboration.
Applications will support:
Internal operations management
ERP business processes
Campaign monitoring dashboards
Data reporting and adtech features
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) using Flutter
Build clear, stable, and user-friendly interfaces for internal systems
Integrate with backend via RESTful APIs (auth, data sync, workflows)
Collaborate with backend on API contracts, data structures, error handling
Develop ERP modules (task, inventory, HR, finance, dashboards, reporting)
Implement features: push notifications, storage, deep linking, real-time updates, background tasks
Optimize performance, reduce crashes, ensure stability across devices
Participate in build, release, version management across environments
Work with Product, BA, UI/UX, QA, Ops to deliver features
Maintain, refactor, and scale codebase
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Flutter & Dart, experience deploying on iOS & Android
Strong understanding of: widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, async programming, error handling, app lifecycle
Experience with:
RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization
Local storage/database, secure token storage
Form handling, file upload/download
Familiar with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
Experience in performance optimization, debugging, crash analysis
Knowledge of build & release processes (Android signing, iOS certs, TestFlight, Google Play)
Experience with Git, PRs, code review
Good collaboration with backend ([protected info] is a plus)
Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills
